How many Whitbread shares are required to receive the benefits card?

You must hold at least 64 Whitbread PLC shares. No minimum holding period is published. Direct holders must request the card from MUFG Corporate Markets, while investors whose shares are held in an intermediary's nominee account must apply through that nominee.
Which breakfast is free, and how many rooms can receive it?

An official 2022 letter referred to a nominee certificate or letter, but that former process still named the previous registrar, Link, and must not be presented as a certain current requirement.
How long is the offer valid, and must the card be renewed each year?

The breakfast benefit is valid for stays up to and including June 30, 2027. Shareholders already registered should automatically receive a card with the annual-report mailing if they remain eligible. No annual re-registration is announced, but Whitbread does not publish the date on which the 64-share holding is checked or the exact start date of the new card.
Which hotels are excluded, and can the breakfast be combined with another offer?

Whitbread does not publish a named list of excluded properties and limits the benefit to participating Premier Inn hotels, subject to availability. Germany is not included. The breakfast cannot be combined with another offer or discount, including Meal Deal, Emerald card or Whitbread Privilege card. The original card and booking confirmation are required.
Does the card still provide a 10% discount at Whitbread restaurants?

The current official page still says that Premier Inn and restaurant benefits are provided through the card, but it no longer publishes the rate, brands, exclusions or offer period for restaurants. A 10% rate is evidenced by a 2019 Whitbread letter and is still reported by Hargreaves Lansdown, but these materials are insufficient to establish active official terms as of June 9, 2026. The restaurant discount is therefore not retained as a publishable benefit.
