How many TotalEnergies shares are required to join the club?
+
You must hold at least 50 registered shares, entered in the records of the group's appointed institution, or 100 bearer shares held through your financial intermediary. Membership remains valid while you continue to meet the applicable threshold.
Does TotalEnergies offer a higher dividend to loyal shareholders?
+
No. Unlike some CAC 40 companies, including L'Oreal, Air Liquide and Hermes, TotalEnergies does not offer a higher dividend or loyalty bonus for holding registered shares over the long term. The dividend is the same for all shareholders.
What conferences and events does the club organise?
+
Around 30 events a year: visits to TotalEnergies industrial sites, exhibitions and guided visits supported by TotalEnergies Foundation, sporting events such as Top 14 rugby and the 24 Hours of Le Mans, themed web conferences with executives, regional shareholder meetings and the Actionaria exhibition.
How can a shareholder join the TotalEnergies Shareholders' Club?
+
Register at e-cercle.totalenergies.com with an email address and proof of share ownership, such as a transaction notice or a certificate from the financial intermediary. Membership is free.
How does the prize draw for event participation work?
+
A priority index is calculated according to the events in which a member has already participated: the fewer events attended, the higher the priority. If candidates have the same index, a random draw decides between them. Web conferences, shareholder meetings and exhibitions are excluded from the calculation.
What is the difference between registered and bearer TotalEnergies shares?
+
Registered shares are entered directly in TotalEnergies' records through its appointed institution, giving access to the club from 50 shares and direct receipt of communications. Bearer shares are held through a broker or bank, and at least 100 shares are required to join.
