FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - STELLANTIS
Does Stellantis have a club or program for individual shareholders?
+
Stellantis does not publish a commercial club for individual shareholders. However, the company maintains a formal Loyalty Voting Program, also described as the Loyalty Voting Structure, through which shares are entered in the loyalty register so that they may later qualify for special voting shares.
How many shares must be held, and for how long?
+
A person holding one or more common shares may request that all or some of those shares be registered. There is no prior holding period before an application can be submitted, but each share must remain registered without interruption for at least three years before it becomes eligible for a Class A special voting share.
Is pure or administered registered ownership enough to participate automatically?
+
No. Holding shares in bearer form, through an intermediary, in registered form or through DRS does not replace specific registration in the Loyalty Register. The process requires an Election Form, a power of attorney and generally confirmation from the intermediary; the shares are then registered in the shareholder's own name in the loyalty register.
What does a shareholder receive after three years in the Loyalty Register?
+
For each common share that becomes qualifying, the shareholder receives one Class A special voting share free of charge. It carries voting rights but no entitlement to the ordinary dividends attached to common shares. This governance mechanism is therefore not listed here as a commercial or economic benefit.
Do Stellantis shareholders receive a discount when buying a vehicle?
+
No vehicle-purchase discount reserved for shareholders was established in the official sources reviewed as of June 9, 2026. Vehicle sales offers from the Stellantis Club are intended for employees, retirees and certain relatives; the 2025 US campaign temporarily extended employee pricing to customers, not to shareholders in their capacity as shareholders.
Can registered shares be sold, and what fees may apply?
+
Shares entered in the Loyalty Register are not immediately tradable. A shareholder may request their deregistration and return to DTC, Monte Titoli or Euroclear France, but will then lose the associated special voting shares. Stellantis covers the agent's costs; any other broker fees remain payable by the shareholder.
