FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - SAINT-GOBAIN

Does Saint-Gobain have a Club, a Circle or 2 shareholder communities?

+

As of 9 June 2026, the official programme is a single "Saint-Gobain Shareholders' Club" open from 1 share. No separate "Shareholders' Circle" requiring 100 shares and no premium tier distinct from the general community appears on the current page, in the terms or on the membership form.

How many shares are required and which holding methods are accepted?

+

One Saint-Gobain ordinary share is enough. Individual shareholders may hold it in bearer, administered registered or pure registered form. No minimum holding period is required, and registered ownership is not a condition for joining the Club. The terms specify that members must be individuals.

How do I register, how long does membership last and is proof required?

+

Registration is free through the Club's online form. The public form requests identity, contact details, address and a password, but has no attachment field and does not ask for the number of shares. Saint-Gobain may nevertheless request proof of ownership periodically. Membership lasts while the member holds at least 1 share and complies with the terms.

Are visits, conferences and cultural activities guaranteed to members?

+

No. Membership allows the member to request participation in offered activities, but places remain limited. Saint-Gobain may consider registration order, participation history and priority for members who have not yet attended an activity. A maximum of 1 or 2 places may be allocated per member, and travel remains the member's responsibility.

Does Saint-Gobain pay a loyalty bonus or enhanced dividend after 2 registered years?

+

No. The bylaws updated on 19 May 2026 provide for the dividend to be distributed among all shares, without a loyalty enhancement clause. The General Meeting on 4 June 2026 approved a uniform dividend of EUR 2.20 per share. Two years of registered ownership only provide double voting rights, which are neither an enhanced dividend nor a commercial benefit.

What financial benefits come with pure registered holding and how are shares transferred?

+

For pure registered shares administered by Uptevia, Saint-Gobain covers custody fees and routine management charges. The published brokerage rate is 0.30% excluding tax, with a minimum of EUR 6.10 excluding tax per executed order. The transfer is requested from the bank using the form identified by Saint-Gobain; the original bank may charge for it. These account benefits do not change the Club's 1-share threshold.
