Invitations to 2 regional shareholder meetings

The membership form states that members are systematically invited to meetings organised in their region.

DISCOUNTS

No custody fees for pure registered shares

For shares held in pure registered form and administered by Uptevia, Safran covers custody fees and routine management charges. This financial benefit is separate from the Club: it requires a transfer into pure registered form, outside a PEA, requested through the financial intermediary holding the shares.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - SAFRAN

Is Safran Shareholders' Club active as of 9 June 2026?

+

Yes. Safran publishes a membership page, a 2026 Shareholder Guide, a 2026 programme and a dedicated visit form. The Club is therefore a formal, active programme, separate from the general investor relations area and the ordinary rights attached to shares.

What are the requirements for joining Safran Shareholders' Club?

+

Membership is free and requires at least 1 Safran share. It is open to individuals holding shares in bearer, administered registered or pure registered form. The page and 2026 Guide exclude Group employee shareholders. No minimum holding period or residence restriction is published.

How do I join and what proof must I provide?

+

Shareholders can use Safran's electronic form or send the membership form by email or post. They enter contact details, the number of shares and the holding method, then certify that the information is accurate. The forms reviewed do not require a bank certificate to be attached. No processing time or periodic renewal is announced.

Which visits are actually reserved for members in 2026?

+

The 2026 programme lists 5 visits: Steenokkerzeel on 8 April, Villeurbanne on 29 April, Reau on 23 June, Cognac on 22 September and Eragny-sur-Oise on 26 November. Each has 15 places, is free and is reserved for members. Selection combines a draw with priority for people who have never attended; up to 2 places may be requested.

Does Safran reserve specific conferences or training sessions for members in 2026?

+

The general page mentions practical training with Ecole de la Bourse, but the 2026 programme gives no date, topic or registration process. Investir Day offers conferences at an event for individual shareholders, without evidence that they are exclusive to Club members. These items are therefore not retained as 2026 benefits. However, 2 regional Club meetings are announced, with no details as of 9 June.

Does Safran pay a 10% loyalty bonus to registered shareholders?

+

No. No loyalty bonus or 10% enhancement appears in the current official sources reviewed. The 2026 Guide states that the dividend is paid regardless of holding method, and the General Meeting on 21 May 2026 set a single amount of EUR 3.35 per share. Pure registered holding offers free custody; registered shares held for 2 years carry double voting rights, which are a statutory right rather than a Club benefit.
