FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - ROYAL CARIBBEAN GROUP

How many Royal Caribbean shares are required and for how long?

+

You must own at least 100 Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. shares, traded on the NYSE as RCL, at the time of sailing. No minimum ownership period is published. The application must nevertheless include a brokerage statement less than 90 days old clearly showing the name matching the booking, the statement date and the 100 shares.

How much onboard credit is granted by cruise length and brand?

+

The amount per stateroom is US$50 for 5 nights or fewer, US$100 for 6-13 nights, US$250 for 14 nights or more and US$1,000 for a world cruise. These amounts apply to eligible Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises and Silversea sailings; charters and Galapagos sailings are excluded.

How do I submit the form and what deadline applies?

+

Royal Caribbean International and Celebrity Cruises use the official Salesforce form; Silversea uses a separate QuestionPro form. The forms and official PDF require submission at least 3 weeks before departure and state that a response should arrive within 7 days. ShareholderBenefitInfo@rccl.com answers questions but does not process applications.

What supporting document must accompany the shareholder credit request?

+

Attach a brokerage statement dated within the last 90 days. It must highlight the name matching the booking, the statement date and ownership of at least 100 RCL shares. The Royal Caribbean/Celebrity form accepts a PDF or image up to 2.5 MB and allows up to 10 bookings to be entered.

Can the credit be requested for several staterooms or cruises?

+

The shareholder may apply again whenever travelling on an eligible sailing. Each award remains limited to the stateroom they occupy, 1 credit per stateroom and 1 credit per shareholder per sailing. For multiple staterooms linked to jointly held shares, at least 100 shares are required for each stateroom claimed.

Can the credit be combined with other offers, and when does the 2026 offer end?

+

The current official FAQ does not actually answer its own question about combining benefits: its text only addresses non-transferability and exclusions. A general combination with promotions, coupons or other credits must therefore not be promised. The benefit is active as of 9 June 2026, but no end date is published; Royal Caribbean may change or withdraw it without notice.
