EVENTS
Applications for Club events and visits
Members holding at least 24 shares may apply separately for the events and visits announced by Club Premium, using the form specific to each event and before its deadline. Places are limited and allocated by draw, after which selected applicants receive confirmation. As of 9 June 2026, the 11 June book club had 10 places and the 12 June event had 30 places, both with an invitation for two people and a 10 May deadline; the 18 June cocktail had 80 places, with an invitation for two people and a 17 May deadline. Registration for all three had therefore already closed. Membership does not guarantee a place or recurring visits; dates, locations, capacity and guest rules vary, while transport and accommodation remain the participant's responsibility.

Newsletter and dedicated information
Club Premium membership, reserved for adult individuals holding at least 24 shares and providing a valid email address, gives access to the newsletter covering Club news and events as well as content dedicated to the Group and its brands. Registration is online; a bearer shareholder must attach a shareholding certificate, and Pernod Ricard may subsequently verify that the threshold is still met. Promotional communications require the member's consent. No minimum publication frequency, quantified commercial discount, active product offer or current publication named "Premium" is guaranteed; Entreprendre magazine and public financial publications are not this members-only benefit.
SOURCE ->DISCOUNTS
No custody or management fees for pure registered shares
Pernod Ricard shares held in pure registered form and administered by Societe Generale incur no custody or management fees. This benefit is separate from Club Premium: its own share threshold is not published and the 24-share minimum must not be applied to it. The shareholder must open or transfer a pure registered account with Societe Generale, complete the required agreement and forms, and provide the necessary funds when buying shares. The waiver does not cover brokerage fees on purchases and sales or any other possible charges; the identified fee schedule applies to 2025 and must not be treated as the 2026 schedule. The official page confirming the benefit remains online but is undated.

Is Pernod Ricard's Club Premium still active as of 9 June 2026?
+
Yes. The official website, rules, membership form, FAQ and event calendar are active in 2026. Club Premium is a formal club for individual shareholders, not merely an investor relations area.
What are the requirements for joining Pernod Ricard Club Premium?
+
You must be an adult individual, have a valid email address and hold at least 24 Pernod Ricard ordinary shares. The rules accept bearer or registered shares and do not impose a minimum holding period.
How do I register and what proof of ownership is required?
+
Registration uses the official online form. A bearer shareholder must attach a shareholding certificate issued by their bank. Pernod Ricard may also request a certificate or a sworn declaration during registration or membership.
Does membership guarantee a place at Club events or visits?
+
No. Members must register separately for each event before its deadline. Places are limited and allocated by draw. As of 9 June 2026, the three events announced for 11, 12 and 18 June were still upcoming, but registration had already closed.
Are visits to Martell, Mumm, Perrier-Jouet, Chivas and Jameson guaranteed?
+
No. The current rules mention exclusive visits and events, and the Club did organise a visit to the Thuir site in 2025. However, no permanent offer or 2026 schedule guarantees visits to the five named houses; this historical list must not be presented as a current benefit.
Does the Club offer product discounts or a Premium magazine?
+
No quantified product discount or active commercial offer is published in the current terms, FAQ, form or event listings. The Club newsletter is confirmed, but no current magazine named "Premium" is. Entreprendre magazine is part of the general information offered to shareholders.
