DISCOUNTS

Onboard credit based on cruise length

A shareholder who still holds at least 100 NCLH shares at the time of travel may receive, per cabin or suite occupied, USD50 in onboard credit for a cruise of 6 days or fewer, USD100 for 7 to 14 days and USD250 for 15 days or more. The same schedule covers Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises. A separate request must be submitted for each booking through the official online form at least 15 days before departure, with a proxy card or current brokerage statement showing the 100 shares; the account number must be masked and the file must be under 3 MB. The offer is limited to 1 credit per cabin or suite and per shareholder on the same cruise; with jointly held shares, multiple cabins require at least 100 shares each. A solo traveler paying 200% of the fare receives the full value. The credit is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and is forfeited if unused; it cannot pay onboard service charges or activities purchased before the cruise, and government taxes and fees remain payable. Charter cruises and dates, incentive groups, employee, interline, friends-and-family, vendor, travel-agent and tour-operator rates, trips obtained with a cruise credit certificate and complimentary cruises resulting from Oceania loyalty benefits are excluded. Compatibility with another offer must not be assumed without confirmation from the brand. The benefit was active as of 9 June 2026, with no published end date, for new bookings made since 7 January 2019; NCLH and its brands may change or withdraw it without notice.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - NORWEGIAN CRUISE LINE HOLDINGS

How many NCLH shares are required, and how long must they be held?

+

At least 100 ordinary shares of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. are required. No minimum holding period is published, but the shareholder must still own all 100 shares at the time of the cruise, not only when the request is submitted.

How much onboard credit is provided by cruise length and brand?

+

The single schedule per cabin or suite is USD50 for a cruise of 6 days or fewer, USD100 for 7 to 14 days and USD250 for 15 days or more. It applies to Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises, subject to the official exclusions.

How is the NCLH shareholder credit requested in 2026?

+

The request is made through NCLH's official Salesforce form. Select the brand, enter the booking number, passenger identity, telephone number, email address, ship and departure date, and attach the evidence. A separate request is required for each cruise.

Which proof of share ownership must be submitted with the form?

+

NCLH accepts a copy of the proxy card or a current brokerage statement showing at least 100 shares. The account number must be masked. The form limits the attachment to under 3 MB and accepts XLSX, XLS, CSV, PNG, DOC, DOCX, PDF, JPEG and JPG files.

What is the application deadline, and how long is the offer valid?

+

The request must be received at least 15 days before departure. The offer was active as of 9 June 2026 with no published end date. It applies to new bookings made on or after 7 January 2019 and may be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice.

Can the NCLH credit be combined, and which bookings are excluded?

+

No combination should be assumed without confirmation from the brand: the FAQ requires choosing between the shareholder credit and another offer, while the main page leaves the decision to each brand. Exclusions notably include charters, incentive groups, employee, interline, friends-and-family, vendor, travel-agent and tour-operator rates, and certain complimentary or discounted trips.
