Reserved for MAPFRE Shareholders' Club members who are individuals resident in Spain and continuously hold at least 1,000 shares, this Silver-tier service provides free, unlimited consultations with psychologists, nutritionists and personal trainers by video, chat or telephone, plus mindfulness, exercise and meal programs. It covers the member and relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity living in the same family unit. Requests and documents must be in Spanish. The service is advertised as available 24 hours a day, but psychology video consultations are offered Monday to Friday according to available slots. The former 24-hour medical or pediatric guidance is not included in the currently proven offer.

6% in Treboles on Repsol fuel cards
A MAPFRE Shareholders' Club member who is an individual resident in Spain and continuously holds at least 1,000 shares must also be registered in the Internet Customer Area to buy a EUR25, EUR50 or EUR100 Repsol fuel card and receive 6% of its value in Treboles. The card is limited to Repsol stations in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands through 31 December 2026; the Canary Islands version is excluded because its official expiry date cannot be established. The QR code must be presented before refueling, the balance must cover the full payment, and no other payment method or discount can be combined. Purchases are capped at EUR300 per user per month, with no exchange or refund, and the card expires 1 year after purchase. Treboles reduce only certain MAPFRE policies when the member is the policyholder of at least one eligible policy and has at least 6 Treboles.

Coupons are generally single-use, purchases made through the platform are non-refundable, and a gift card or product remains payable; only the expressly displayed benefit is granted. The catalogue and rates vary, and no specific promotion is guaranteed to be permanent.
