DISCOUNTS
XME Conto Gold and SEPA withdrawals with fees waived
The Base module waives the XME Conto Gold monthly fee and the fee for withdrawals from another bank's or intermediary's ATMs in the SEPA area. The shareholder must have held at least 1,000 shares continuously for the 12 months preceding the application, in an Intesa Sanpaolo administered securities account linked to the eligible XME Conto Gold, and must then maintain those conditions. Only one account can receive the benefit; for a joint account, all 1,000 shares must belong to the same joint holder. The first debit card, the first XME Credit Card and the administered securities account already have no fee under the standard offer and are not additional Club benefits. Choosing another account promotion may result in leaving the Club, which is announced through 31 December 2026 unless extended.
SOURCE ->Banking fees waived at ISP Private Banking
At Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking, the Base module waives the fee for an ordinary current account, the management and administration fee for the linked administered securities account, the fee for the linked debit card and the external withdrawal fee in the SEPA area. The shareholder must have held at least 1,000 shares continuously for the 12 months preceding the application, in the administered securities account linked to an ordinary current account at the same bank, and must then maintain those conditions. Only one individual or joint account can receive the benefit. Fees are waived from the first charge following enrollment, and withdrawal fees from enrollment; other services and transactions remain subject to their contracts, and the benefit is generally not cumulative with another promotion on the same products. The Club is announced through 31 December 2026 unless extended.
SOURCE ->Reduced banking fees on Fideuram ONE
At Fideuram, the Base module waives the fee for a Fideuram ONE account, custody fees for the administered securities account, the debit-card fee and the external withdrawal fee in the SEPA area; the linked credit card is free in the first year and then receives a 50% discount. The shareholder must have held at least 1,000 shares continuously for the 12 months preceding the application, in a Fideuram administered securities account linked to Fideuram ONE, and must then maintain those conditions. An older account must be permanently converted to Fideuram ONE, and only one individual or joint account can receive the benefit. Other services remain on ordinary terms, and the benefits are generally not cumulative with other promotions on the same products. The Club is announced through 31 December 2026 unless extended.
SOURCE ->Club terms on one XME Prestito from 1 to 30 June 2026
For one XME Prestito taken out from 1 to 30 June 2026 and settled through the eligible account, the Club provides a fixed nominal annual rate of 7.70% and a 50% reduction in application fees. The applicant must be a member after holding at least 1,000 shares for 12 continuous months, retain the eligible account and administered securities account at the same bank, and expressly request the Club terms before the loan is concluded. Credit remains subject to bank approval. The standard document notably covers consumers resident in Italy, aged 18 and under 80 at maturity, who hold My Key. Interest, taxes, per-installment charges and other non-waived costs remain payable; the rate and total cost depend on the application, and this offer is not permanent.
SOURCE ->Discount on a home-purchase mortgage from 1 to 30 June 2026
For an application submitted from 1 to 30 June 2026 to finance a home purchase, at a fixed or variable rate and with a maximum loan-to-value ratio of 80%, the Club reduces the published rate or spread by 0.35 percentage point and waives application fees. The applicant must be a member after holding at least 1,000 shares for 12 continuous months, retain the eligible account and administered securities account at the same bank, and request the offer before the contract is concluded. Credit remains subject to bank approval and a mortgage on property located in Italy. The offer cannot be combined with other promotions except the Green offer; valuation, taxes, installment collection, fire insurance, interest and other contractual costs still apply.
SOURCE ->Reduced rate and waived fee on Fido Piu from 1 to 30 June 2026
For a Fido Piu credit facility opened on the eligible account from 1 to 30 June 2026, the variable rate equals the previous month's three-month Euribor plus a spread of 4.25%, and the fee for availability of funds is waived. The applicant must be a member after holding at least 1,000 shares for 12 continuous months, retain the eligible account and administered securities account at the same bank, and expressly request the offer. The credit facility remains subject to Intesa Sanpaolo approval, is revocable and may be repayable on demand under the contract. The rate changes with Euribor; interest, consequences of exceeding the limit and other non-waived conditions still apply.
SOURCE ->Eurizon subscription fees waived from 1 to 30 June 2026
A member subscribing from 1 to 30 June 2026 to a mutual fund managed by Eurizon Capital SGR or Eurizon Capital S.A. receives an exemption from subscription fees. The member must have held at least 1,000 shares for 12 continuous months, retain the eligible account and administered securities account used for enrollment at the same bank, and request the offer before subscribing. Only subscription fees are waived: ongoing charges, management fees, any performance fees, taxes and other costs still apply. Subscription depends on distribution rules and the suitability or appropriateness assessment; the investment may fall in value and capital is not guaranteed. The exhaustive list of eligible funds and units and the schedule of avoided fees are not published.
SOURCE ->FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - INTESA SANPAOLO
What is the share threshold, and is the twelve-month wait really required?
+
Yes. The rules require at least 1,000 Intesa Sanpaolo shares to be deposited continuously for at least 12 months with the bank where enrollment is requested. The threshold and duration are cumulative. A special rule allows certain earlier periods to be counted when the shares result from a conversion connected with an acquisition.
Can the shares remain with an external broker or any bank in the Group?
+
No. The shares must be in an administered securities account linked to the eligible account at the same bank: XME Conto Gold at Intesa Sanpaolo, an ordinary current account at Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking, or Fideuram ONE at Fideuram. A certificate from an external broker is not provided as a substitute.
How do shareholders join the Club, and is enrollment paid?
+
Enrollment is not completed through a public online form. A written request, using the dedicated form, must be submitted to the branch that holds the account and shares. The rules mention neither a separate membership fee nor an application charge, but do not expressly state that enrollment is free; the cost of the shares, account and non-waived products remains payable.
Which account benefits are genuinely reserved for Club members?
+
They depend on the bank. At Intesa Sanpaolo, the Club waives the XME Conto Gold fee and the external withdrawal fee in the SEPA area. The first debit card, first XME Credit Card and administered securities account are already advertised as free in the standard product and should not be attributed to the Club. Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking and Fideuram have their own sets of waived fees in the rules.
Are the reduced rates on XME Prestito, the mortgage and Fido Piu permanent?
+
No. The terms published as of 9 June 2026 are Plus offers limited to applications or subscriptions made from 1 to 30 June 2026. They remain subject to bank approval and the other product conditions. The 7.70% XME Prestito rate must therefore not be presented as a permanent Club benefit.
What happens if the enrollment conditions are no longer met?
+
The bank checks share ownership on 31 December and may verify the account at any time. If the conditions are no longer met, Base benefits end and ordinary contractual rates return. Plus contracts already concluded retain their terms, but no new Plus offer is available. The Club is announced through 31 December 2026 unless extended.
