DISCOUNTS
No custody fees for pure registered shares
For Edenred shares held in pure registered form with Societe Generale Securities Services, Edenred fully covers custody fees and certain routine administration fees, including those related to dividend payments and corporate actions. No minimum threshold specific to this benefit is published. The waiver does not apply to administered registered or bearer shares; brokerage fees and any transfer fees charged by the original intermediary remain payable. No current brokerage schedule or standard transfer time is published.

Occasional invitations to E-club events
E-club members may receive occasional, discretionary email invitations to shareholder meetings, visits, events or sessions at the head office. Edenred notably welcomed a small number of members to a breakfast at the head office on January 15, 2026 about the Amplify 25-28 strategy. Free membership is reserved for individual non-employee shareholders who hold at least one pure or administered registered share, or thirty bearer shares; bearer holders must provide a financial certificate dated less than one month earlier. No frequency, place or attendance is guaranteed: capacity, selection and response arrangements may vary with each invitation. Travel, parking, accommodation and meal expenses remain payable by the member unless stated otherwise.
SOURCE ->FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - EDENRED
Does Edenred operate a genuine shareholder club?
+
Yes. Edenred operates a formal scheme called the "Edenred E-club for Individual Shareholders", with online registration, rules, membership conditions and dedicated invitations. It is therefore more than an investor-relations information area.
How many shares are required to join the Edenred E-club?
+
The current official page requires one pure or administered registered share, or thirty bearer shares, together with an active email address. The 2023 PDF rules state "1 bearer shares", but this wording is contradicted by the current French and English pages; the operational threshold used here is therefore thirty bearer shares.
How does a bearer shareholder register for the E-club?
+
The shareholder completes the online form, selects the bearer holding method and attaches a certificate from their financial institution dated less than one month earlier and stating the number of Edenred shares held. Edenred may later request a new certificate to verify continued eligibility.
Are members guaranteed a place at Edenred events?
+
No. The rules provide for occasional invitations, and the E-club page shows that a small number of members have attended breakfasts at the head office. No minimum schedule, allocation of places or automatic right to attend is published; availability therefore depends on each invitation and remains discretionary.
What benefit applies to Edenred shares held in pure registered form?
+
Edenred covers custody fees and certain routine administration fees for pure registered shares administered by Societe Generale Securities Services. Brokerage fees and any fees charged by the bank when the shares are transferred remain payable by the shareholder.
Are releases, the dividend and the general meeting E-club benefits?
+
No. Releases and letters are public information or ordinary investor-relations services. The ordinary dividend, voting, the right to attend the general meeting and double voting rights after two years in registered form are general rights, not benefits included on this page.
