SOURCE ->FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - CRÉDIT AGRICOLE S.A.
Is the official scheme called a Shareholders' Circle or Shareholders' Club?
+
As of June 9, 2026, the official name is the "Credit Agricole S.A. Shareholders' Club". The current corporate page, form and rules use the word Club. "Shareholders' Circle" should therefore not be used as the current official name, even if it appears in historical content or older data.
How many ACA shares are required to join the Club?
+
At least 50 ordinary Credit Agricole S.A. shares, ticker ACA and ISIN FR0000045072, are required. The former one-share threshold that applied to some holders is no longer in force. A member must continue to hold at least 50 ACA shares to remain eligible for Club offers.
Are bearer shares, registered shares and shares held in a PEE eligible?
+
ACA shares may be held in bearer, administered registered or pure registered form, with no published minimum holding period. However, shares held in a company savings plan (PEE) are expressly excluded. Recent proof showing the holder's name, the date and the number of shares must be provided on registration.
How do shareholders join, what does it cost, and must membership be renewed?
+
Membership is free through the Club's online form, with the creation of login details and the upload of proof of ownership. The rules state that membership is valid for one calendar year and renews automatically while the conditions continue to be met. No processing time is published; any costs of buying, holding or transferring shares depend on the financial intermediary.
Which offers were active for members as of June 9, 2026?
+
Verified official offers include preferential CA Grands Crus prices for 2026, tickets for Fondation Maeght, skip-the-line tickets for Chambord and tickets for the Musee du quai Branly. The Club also offers meetings and training. Public pages do not always state ticket prices or quantities, and the rules limit each member to two preferential cultural and leisure offers per calendar year.
Do CCI or CCA certificates or Regional Bank cooperative shares provide access to the Club?
+
No, not by themselves. The Club requires 50 shares in the capital of Credit Agricole S.A., identified by the ticker ACA. CCI certificates issued by certain Regional Banks, as well as CCA certificates and cooperative shares in the mutual network, are distinct regional securities. They must not be confused with listed Credit Agricole S.A. shares and do not count towards the Club threshold.
